Realising the critical need to bridge the widening gap between the supply and demand of power in Sri Lanka, the DSI Samson Group has partnered with the government to provide electricity to the national grid through the renewable energy source of hydro power. We currently provide 4 megawatts – 2 megawatts of electricity each through our two mini hydro power plant projects: Hydro Trust Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. and Werapitiya Hydro Power (Pvt) Ltd.
Fully committed to developing best practice power solutions that address environmental concerns, the DSI Samson Group plans to strategically invest further in the sector of hydro power generation in the future.
A limited liability company, Werapitiya Hyrdo Power (Pvt) Ltd. generates electricity power to Sri Lanka’s national grid with a plant capacity of 2MW.
